ReplyDelete"X" is Gen. Whatshisname (N- something) of Pakistan signing the Instrument of Surrender at the end of the 1971 War in Dhaka, which basically declared the liberation of Bangladesh.
The proud guy would of course be Gen. JFR Jacob of India...can't remember his designation at the time... Commander-in-Chief or something?
