    "I'm forever blowing bubbles" is the WHU song,
    Bobby Moore(the guy in the statue) wore the WHU #6 jersey.WHU was formerly known as Thames ironworks football club.Joe Cole and Rio Ferdinand were former WHU players.
    I dont get how Obama fits in, though.

  4. Yes he is. :) And the statue is the famous "Champions Statue" commemorating Bobby Moore, Geoff Hurst, and Martin Peters, West Ham trio that was instrumental in England's 1966 World Cup win. Also in the statue is (for some reason) Ray Wilson of Everton. West Ham officially retired the #6 Jersey on March 6 1993, 12 days after his death of bowel cancer.
